Aika Hotel

Aika Hotel is a small family-run business, run by Owners Ümit and Claudia Kipcak, that offers guests the unique choice of renting either an entire home or enjoying the comfort of one of nine luxury suites- all cosy, welcoming and brand-new. Aika Hotel first opened its doors in late July 2010 with the completion of the Aika Andon Townhouse.

Aika Hotel is designed to make you feel right at home! To achieve this, the owners Ümit & Claudia have tried to recreate the kind of surroundings they themselves would want to live in. Aika Hotel offers charmingly renovated traditional island villas with;

Aika Hotel Andon (AKA The Townhouse)

Located in the Old Greek Quarter, the Aika Andon Townhouse first opened its doors in late July 2010. It was designed for couples, families or small groups wanting to rent individual suites with access to both a living room and a small kitchen or wanting to rent the entire house for the full island life experience. At the townhouse, guests are invited to lounge in the cosy livingroom or to prepare Turkish coffee, instant coffee or tea in the conveniently sized kitchen.

Aika Hotel Alaybey (Main Villa)

In May 2012, Aika Hotel opened the newly renovated Aika Hotel Alaybey in the historic Hamam neighbourhood only steps from the restaurants, cafes, wine taverns and the colourful booths surrounding the port. This location hosts the generous Aika breakfast prepared with homegrown fruits and vegetables, homemade jellies, home-baked breads and only the finest organic produce from the local market. Enjoy the shade of the palm leaves in the charming Alaybey garden courtyard with a unique view of a three-hundred-year-old Hamam dome.
